UMAYA is the most recent evolution of over 35 years of award-winning experience in the language of global lighting design. From the ever-shifting architectural sands of the Arabian Gulf through to Latin Americas cutting-edge landmarks, our creative hands have shed light on a seemingly endless range of best-in-class projects across the globe.

UMAYA was conceived to be the perfect fusion of lighting design understanding, capability and execution generated via our studios located in Dubai, Barcelona and Buenos Aires. We bring together an altogether unique cocktail of interior designers, urban planners and engineers of various disciplines; all with a shared passion for lighting. This intrinsic diversity inspires the UMAYA team to overcome some of the world’s most challenging lighting design remits.
